GenHERation® is a network where young women and companies connect. Through our digital platform and international events, we create life-changing opportunities for high school and college women. GenHERation® has empowered more than 700,000 young women and hosted 1,500 events across America through partnerships with more than 300 companies, including Google, Amazon, Ernst & Young, Mattel, Capital One, Netflix, the Los Angeles Lakers, NASA, Pixar, J.P. Morgan, Airbnb, Starbucks, the New York Yankees, BuzzFeed, and IBM.
