Engage in the annual Employer Symposium
Allstate has co-located at Charlotte's PORTAL Building and has created a campus employment opportunities for students that expands into potential internships during the summer. In this program, students will receive customer service training, mentoring, networking with professionals, and individual project work. Partnered since 2020!
Created together with Truist Financial Corporation, one of the largest financial institutions in the country, the hub is a place where success, engagement and purpose align to support UNC Charlotte students with resume development tools, interview preparation, sponsored career events and networking opportunities for employment or internships. Not only with this partnership open up new avenues to educate our students on career paths, but it will also help fund new channels of experiential learning to include a Career Pathways Program, GigTraining Program, and a new opportunities to match students with global virtual internships and project based learning.
The new Industrial Solutions Lab - powered by Lilly, is about providing space and opportunity for our engineering students to work on projects through their Senior Design Program and gain hands-on learning through other experiential learning initiatives.
