Discover Branding

Welcome to your gateway for building a strong and dynamic presence on campus. Discover how your company can increase visibility, connect with students, and showcase opportunities through strategic engagement with our university. Branding goes beyond Career Center events—it includes collaborations with high-visibility programs and partners across campus. From academic departments to student organizations and campus-wide events, we’ll help you tailor strategies to make a lasting impression among future talent.

Career Meet Ups

The Career Meet Up Program is a resource students should take advantage of to help them prepare for career success. Career Meet Ups are quick, 30-45 minute small group sessions focused on specific career and industry topics that are led by career coaches and industry professionals.

Professional-in-Residence Program

Our Professionals in Residence program puts you directly in the Career Commons main lobby of the Career Center, 11am - 2pm, where you will be our drop-in "resume expert" for the day. Provide industry and professional advice directly to students while building your brand with Charlotte students or to give back to Niner Nation as an alum!

Alumni Take Over Month

Our annual Alumni Takeover Month takes place in November and offers alumni several ways to give back to UNC Charlotte. Opportunities include 20+ Career-Focused virtual meet ups, Professionals in Residence, and "A Day in a Life" virtual Meet Ups, where you can share an engaging glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities and experiences in your career.

Career Community Weeks

Career Community Weeks provide employers with the opportunity to participate in industry-focused events including panels, meet ups, career treks, and more.

The Niner Career Challenge

Each fall, students are provided the opportunity to engage in their own career development through participating in industry events and professional development, collecting "points" along the way.  Throughout the semester, these points provide them opportunities to win prizes and even spring tuition - sponsored by our employers!  Your organization can be a part of this as well!

The Plaza Party

Held during the Fall Semester, during the first week of classes, this party puts students in front of a select number of employers for fun and exciting games and networking.  Great opportunity for your organization to gain visibility while helping celebrating the new academic term!  Limited slots available!

Learning Communities

Learning Communities are built to support students transitioning into the university by providing academic experiences and social networking opportunities.  Learning Communities can be academic topic based, career related, and even industry connected.  Potential opportunities to engage with these students through presentations and other networking activities exist.

UNCCTedxCharlotte

The annual Tedx event for our university happens during the spring semester and provides you with an opportunity to not only present, but join us as a sponsor of this event that typically draws 200+ AND comes with branding and marketing opportunities across campus.

The F.I.T. Program

An immersive on-boarding program that happens each August for incoming students to get started on their academic career, join in networking events, and get up to speed on resources available to them.  The FIT Program comes with many cohorts that are academic based and/or career-path based.  GREAT opportunity for you to make your mark on the new crop of talent!
