Recruiting Tables

Having a recruiting table on campus is a great tactic to help build your brand at UNC Charlotte, while promoting the opportunities at your organization. Employers can request one table per semester through their Hire-A-Niner account.

NOTE: For School Districts ONLY, please scroll down to the section for School District Recruiting Table Dates and Information at the Cato College of Education. 

The tables will be located inside the Popp Martin Student Union or outside at the Career Center, and available on a first-come basis. Tabling times are 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with availability to set up starting at 10:30 a.m. Employers are responsible for parking fees, which is $15 maximum per day. If a date is marked through, then it is unavailable. NOTE: If an organization is a NO SHOW for a reserved date, the organization will not be able to request another date for the remainder of the semester.

The SCHOOL DISTRICTS ONLY recruiting tables will be located inside the Cato College of Education and available on a first-come basis. The table time can be between 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., so enter the time frame on the reservation (Example: 9 a.m. to Noon, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.). Employers are responsible for parking fees, which is $15 maximum per day. If a date is marked through, then it is unavailable. An employer can request a table through their Hire-A-Niner account.
