On-Campus Recruiting

On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) and interviewing is an effective way to create a strong presence on campus, while interviewing top UNC Charlotte talent. Our team will assist with managing your schedule through a “preselect” scheduling option or you can manage your own schedule through a “room reservation only” scheduling option.

To reserve your preferred date(s), please do so through your Hire-A-Niner account. Employers must have a current posting in Hire-A-Niner to participate in on-campus interviews.

Scheduled interviews and employer engagement programs in the Career Center are offered Monday through Friday between the following dates:

Wednesday, October 7 (Part-Time Job Fair); Thursday-Friday, October 12-13 (Fall Break); and 
Wednesday, November 11 (Veterans Day Holiday)

Employers may choose our full-service, “Preselect” option to benefit from automated schedule management and Career Center expertise. Please submit all “Preselect” schedule requests and a complete job description a minimum of 25 business days prior to the requested interview date, ensuring sufficient time for the position to be marketed to students.

We recognize that organizations have their own process for talent acquisition, and may be required to use in-house systems to collect resumes and create interview schedules. When employers choose to use in-house systems, we offer a “Rooms Reservation Only” option.
