Clothing Closet Donation Guidelines
We gratefully accept donations of new and gently used business professional and business casual attire. To ensure the best experience for our students, please donate clean, well-maintained clothing with visible size labels.
Items we accept: Suits & Ties | Blazers/Jackets | Dresses | Dress Pants | Dress Shirts | Blouses | Skirts | Dress Shoes | Handbags & Accessories
**Please note: There is a particular need for all women's sizes and smaller men's sizes.
We are unable to accept casual clothing such as jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, or items that are stained, torn, or otherwise damaged.
How to donate to the clothing closet?
There are a variety of options for donating clothes to the Clothing Closet:
1. Drop donations off at the Career Center in the Atkins Annex anytime Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
2. We can meet you at your car Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 12pm - 4pm in front of the Colvard building (see highlighted location in the map below). Please call 704-687-0795 approximately 15 minutes prior to your arrival to ensure a staff member is there to greet you!
