Program Manager for Career Readiness Design and Faculty/Staff Engagement

Dr. Suzanne Voigt serves as the Program Manager for Career Readiness Design and Faculty/Staff Engagement at UNC Charlotte's Career Center. She oversees all faculty/staff career-development related trainings including the Career Collaborator Training Program, Departmental Consultation I: Program Data Discovery, Departmental Consultation II: Program ROI Ideation & Strategy, and monthly Virtual Trainings for faculty/staff on a variety of relevant topics. Additionally, Dr. Voigt manages Classroom Engagement requests including career presentations, assignments, etc. through the Career Center as well as Classroom Modules & Activities for faculty/staff to use independently. Through these trainings and resources, she supports faculty/staff in the integration of career development and career skills into their courses and student programs. 

In addition to her work at the Career Center, Dr. Voigt teaches a career development academic course (GRAD 6320/8320) serving masters and doctorate students through the Center for Life & Learning. Also in 2024, Dr. Voigt partnered with the Education Abroad office to initiate the Career Center's annual study abroad program, which focuses on international career branding and exploration for undergraduate and graduate students - England: Global Career Quest in London. Dr. Voigt is passionate about supporting faculty, staff, students, and alumni through her work at UNC Charlotte and invites individuals to connect with her on LinkedIn and/or through email
