Dr. Voigt oversees a comprehensive portfolio of high-impact trainings and partnerships, including the Career Collaborator Training Program, Career Integration Academy, Departmental Trainings focused on data-informed program design and ROI strategy, and ongoing professional development through the Virtual Learning Series. She also directs classroom engagement efforts—scaling access to career-focused presentations and assignments that equip educators to incorporate career development into their courses.
