The Career Center offers personalized consultations to faculty and staff to help them intentionally integrate career development into their courses, advising, and campus programs. These one-on-one or group sessions provide tailored guidance on incorporating career-relevant information, highlighting in-demand skills, and connecting academic content to real-world applications. By partnering with the Career Center, faculty and staff can enhance their impact on student success, ensuring students see clear pathways from their university experience to meaningful careers. This collaborative approach empowers educators and staff to become confident career mentors within their own spaces.
