Group Internships - Students

Real Projects. Real Employers. Real Experience.

The Group Internship Program is an 8-week, project-based experience where you’ll work on a real-world project provided by an employer—all while earning academic credit.

Instead of a traditional internship, you’ll collaborate on a small team of students to solve a real challenge an organization is facing. This is your opportunity to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom to a meaningful, professional experience.

What Makes This Different?

  • Team-Based Experience
Work in a small group (3–5 students) to tackle a real project together
  • Real Employers
Partner with organizations who need your ideas, research, and solutions
  • No “Right Answer”
Projects are open-ended—your job is to explore, analyze, and recommend
  • Resume-Ready Experience
Gain hands-on experience you can talk about in interviews immediately
