Real Projects. Real Employers. Real Experience.
The Group Internship Program is an 8-week, project-based experience where you’ll work on a real-world project provided by an employer—all while earning academic credit.
Instead of a traditional internship, you’ll collaborate on a small team of students to solve a real challenge an organization is facing. This is your opportunity to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom to a meaningful, professional experience.
What Makes This Different?
- Team-Based Experience
Work in a small group (3–5 students) to tackle a real project together - Real Employers
Partner with organizations who need your ideas, research, and solutions - No “Right Answer”
Projects are open-ended—your job is to explore, analyze, and recommend - Resume-Ready Experience
Gain hands-on experience you can talk about in interviews immediately
Week 1: Get Started
- Meet your project supervisor (employer)

Weeks 2–7: Do the Work
- Collaborate with your team to move the project forward

Week 8: Present Your Work

This is your moment to showcase what you’ve done
Depending on your project, you may:
- Conduct research or analyze data
