Caroline Rogers

Caroline Rogers is a Graduate Assistant and Coordinator for Disability Outreach at the Career Center. Caroline earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. This sparked their passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs. As a neurodivergent individual and a former caregiver, Caroline's personal experiences navigating the job market have fostered a deep empathy for others facing similar challenges. Having personally struggled with securing job opportunities that offered necessary accommodations, Caroline is committed to helping others overcome barriers to employment. Their role at the Career Center allows them to combine their academic background with their lived experience to advocate for inclusive, accessible career opportunities, ensuring that individuals with disabilities have the support they need to thrive in the workforce.
