Career Center Event Collaboration

To inquire about the following event planning packages, please email Dr. Patrick Madsen.

Large Career Fair Package (more than 20 employers and/or registration fee of $400+/employer) - $750 (plus 3% of registration fees to cover CC processing fees)

  • Employer registration & student RSVP in Hire-A-Niner
  • Custom reports
  • Credit and check deposits - UCC will cut a check to your department after the event
  • Advice on food, floorplan, and decor
  • Printed program with table assignment map
  • Printed employer nametags and table tents
  • Student check in with ID scanners and printer for name tags
  • 2 Career Center staff assisting during event
  • Parking signs put out on campus
  • Supplies for events: tablecloths, first aid kit, supply toolbox, etc.

Parking pass, catering, room reservation, audio/visual, marketing, and other fees aren’t included.

Small Career Fair Package (fewer than 20 employers and registration fee of less than $400/employer) - $400 (plus 3% of registration fees to cover CC processing fees)

  • Employer registration & student RSVP in Hire-A-Niner
  • Custom reports
  • Daily credit and check deposits - UCC transfer funds to your department after the event
  • Advice on food, floorplan, and decor
  • Printed program with table assignment map
  • Printed employer nametags and table tents
  • Student check in with ID scanners and printer for name tags
  • 1 Career Center staff assisting during event
  • Parking signs put out on campus
  • Supplies for events: tablecloths, first aid kit, supply toolbox, etc.

Networking Package - $200 (plus 3% of registration fees to cover CC processing fees)

  • Employer registration & student RSVP in Hire-A-Niner
  • Custom reports
  • Daily credit and check deposits - UCC transfer funds to your department after the event
  • Advice on food, floorplan, and decor
  • Printed employer nametags and table tents
  • Student check in with ID scanners and printer for name tags
  • High-top tables with tablecloths (20) - as long as tables are available and department provides assistance with moving them to the event location
  • 1 Career Center staff member assisting during event (department will need to provide at least 1 person to run student check-in equipment; process is easy and instruction provided)
  • Supplies for events: tablecloths, first aid kit, supply toolbox, etc.

Parking pass, catering, room reservation, audio/visual, marketing, and other fees aren’t included.

Career Commons Event Space - $0

  • Networking space in the Career Center (fits 125 people in a networking-style event or 70 people in a panel-style event)
  • Advice on food, decor, and floorplan 
  • Access to decor
  • High-top tables with tablecloths  (20)
  • Supplies for events: tablecloths, first aid kit, supply toolbox, etc.

Department to provide at least 3 people for event set up and decoration the day of the event.

*Department will pick up and return items to the UCC

A La Carte Options

  • Employer registration & student RSVP in Hire-A-Niner - $150 + 3% of registration fees to cover CC processing fees
  • Tablecloths (solid black)* (up to 60) - $0

  • Student check in with ID scanners and printer for name tags (includes equipment set up, break down, and 1-2 staff to manage check-in) - $200
