Rubber Match Productions, Inc., a Toronto-based startup, is seeking to enhance its digital presence and user experience for its innovative mobile filmmaking application, Next Shot Logic. The project involves developing a consumer-facing website to support the 2026 Q3 soft launch of the app, which is built using Unity and AR Foundation. The website will initially serve as an information hub but must be designed with scalability and e-commerce capabilities in mind to accommodate future expansions. Additionally, the project requires the design and installation of a standard Data & Account Settings architecture within the app. This will enable user account management, privacy policy integration, and performance tracking. The final task involves differentiating freemium and premium features and preparing the app for upload to the Playstore, with potential expansion to the App Store.

The project deliverables include a start-up friendly, scalable website for Next Shot Logic, complete with information and eventual e-commerce fictionality scalability in mind. Additionally, a comprehensive Data & Account Settings strategy and architecture should be designed and integrated into the app, allowing for user account management and performance tracking. Finally, the app will be prepared for launch on the Playstore, with freemium and premium features clearly defined.

Allen Allen Allen and Allen Corporation, a personal injury law firm, seeks to enhance its employee performance assessment through AI-driven time tracking. The goal is to evaluate employee productivity without focusing on billable hours. The project involves developing defined use cases for AI time tracking and conducting a thorough evaluation of 3 to 5 potential vendors. This evaluation will focus on the return on investment (ROI) and the suitability of each vendor's solution for the firm's specific needs. The project aims to provide a comprehensive analysis that will guide the firm in selecting the most effective AI solution for performance assessment, ensuring it aligns with the firm's operational goals and enhances overall productivity. Goal is objective data for employee coaching and performance measurement. Assume collegiate access to Gartner a plus.

The project will deliver a detailed report containing defined use cases for AI time tracking tailored to the firm's needs. Additionally, it will include an evaluation matrix comparing 3 to 5 vendors based on ROI, features, and alignment with the firm's objectives. The final deliverable will be a recommended solution provider, supported by a rationale based on the analysis conducted. This will equip the firm with the necessary insights to make an informed decision on implementing AI-driven employee performance assessment. Scope could include assisting with implementation such as development of dashboards, integration with Paylocity (paid hours) and Tableau analysis.

The Coffee Companion project aims to create a seamless digital experience for coffee enthusiasts to explore and enjoy their passion. The project involves designing and prototyping both a web app and a mobile app that serve as a comprehensive platform for discovering new coffee brews, tracking personal preferences, learning various brewing methods, and connecting with local cafés. The goal is to provide users with an intuitive interface that enhances their coffee journey, offering personalized recommendations and educational content. The project will focus on user-friendly design, ensuring that the app is accessible and engaging for all users. By integrating features such as a brew discovery tool, preference tracker, and café locator, the app will become an essential tool for coffee lovers.
