This page provides information on outdoor employer tables at the Fall Career & Internship Fair. 

 

12-14 employer tables will be located under tents just outside of the event facility, as a way for more employers to participate in the fair. 

 

Outside employer tables will be under tents. On the layout below, pink indicates the main doors to the event facility (about 70% of candidates will enter through those doors vs. the other side of the facility) and teal indicates where the employer tables and tents will be. 

 

 

Tables, chairs, and tents will be provided; breakfast and lunch will be available inside the event space; parking passes for recruiters; water and coffee available outside. In the case of bad weather (thunderstorms, lightening, strong winds), we wouldn't be able to have employers outside (for safety) - at that point, you would be able to choose to be inside in a space on the 3rd floor of the building (the fair is on the first floor) or choose to cancel (with a full refund). No electrical access is available outside.

 

The cost for attending the fair is the same, but we won't charge for extra attendees for outside tables (you're welcome to bring up to 6 staff members for the registration fee).
