Career Meet Up: Engineering Job/Internship Search Strategies

Engineering students will have the opportunity to gain insight on getting started with their job search and learn how to create an action plan for the process. Career Meet Ups are 30-45 minute small group sessions focused on specific topics and led by career coaches or industry professionals. Attending Career Meet Ups will also help you gain highly useful career skills that are valuable to all employers. Meet Ups may be virtual or in-person, and you will have the opportunity to gain information, ask questions, and get some practice. Join LandDesign to learn how engineering, planning, and design professionals collaborate to create thriving communities and meaningful places. Representatives will share information about the firm's projects, career paths, internship opportunities, and what it's like to work in a multidisciplinary environment, followed by a Q&A session.

Recommended Majors: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Geography & Community Planning, Environmental Studies, Engineering Technology, and related disciplines.
