Aidan Williams (they/them) serves as the Program Director for Workplace Skill Development Initiatives. In this role, they support student and alumni career development through project-based learning initiatives. They implement and manage the university’s Coursera Career Academy and other project-based learning experiences, such as group internship programs. Additionally, Aidan serves as a career coach for the Arts, Media, and Design Career Community.

Prior to joining UNC Charlotte, Aidan worked as a Senior Student Career Coach at the non-profit, Road to Hire, and as a Service-learning Coordinator at Central Piedmont Community College. In these roles, they supported and coached students to explore their career options, find practical experiences, and own their career development journey. Before moving to Charlotte in 2021, Aidan received their Master’s degree in Higher Education and Bachelor’s degree in Middle School Education from Missouri State University.

Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with their cats, playing video games, running, and cheering for the Carolina Hurricanes and Kansas City Chiefs.
