Jessica is an Assistant Director on the Employer Engagement team, leading the Career Center’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives and serving as Industry Specialist for the Healthcare, Science, and Research career community. She received her bachelor’s in psychology and master’s in counseling from UNC Charlotte and discovered her passion for working with students in higher education while completing her counseling practicum at the Career Center. She then became a career coaching graduate assistant and served as the Career Center’s assistant director of marketing, before moving to her current role.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves to stay active, cook, and discover good eats around town.
