Carmen serves as a Graduate Assistant and Career Coach for the Exploring Career Community, and assists with the management of the Peer Professionals. Her goal at the Career Center is to support and empower students in their professional journeys. Carmen is a Master of Social Work student and plans to work towards her clinical license upon completing her MSW. 

Carmen received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from UNC Chapel Hill where she was a research assistant, community volunteer, and peer mentor.
